Examination that leaves the material untouched.

Non-destructive testing is a method of examination which does not affect the integrity of the inspected material. Every technique below is carried out by expert staff in accordance with national and international standards.

NDT · 01

Visual Inspection

The fastest and most economical NDT method — and the one that must be applied before all others. Performed by eye with auxiliary aids: magnifying glass, light source, camera and mirror devices.

NDT · 02

Ultrasonic Examination

High-frequency sound waves are transmitted into the material and reflected back. A discontinuity changes the attenuation and shows up as an error echo — revealing the flaw and its location.

NDT · 03

Magnetic Particle Examination

Detects defects exposed at the surface or just below it. Magnetic flux or current applied to the surface creates leakage flux at a discontinuity, made visible with background paint and iron powder.

NDT · 04

Liquid Penetrant Examination

A surface-defect method limited only by material type — steel, ceramics, glass and plastic can all be tested. Only defects open to the surface are found, so thorough pre-cleaning is essential.

Welding & Material Technologies

Analysis, testing and certification of welding methods, personnel and materials — WPS/WPQR/WPQ, supervision of mechanical and NDT tests, EN 10204-3.2 certification and remaining-life assessment.
