Five methods. One standard of care.
Non-destructive testing is a method of examination which does not affect the integrity of the inspected material. Choose the discipline — or let us choose it for you.

Visual Inspection
The fastest and cheapest of the non-destructive testing methods — and the one that must be applied before all others. Performed by the naked eye with auxiliary equipment: magnifying glass, light source, camera, mirror and similar devices.
Ultrasonic Examination
High-frequency sound waves are sent into the material and reflected back. For a defect-free part the expected attenuation is known in advance — a discontinuity increases it and appears as an error echo on the device screen, revealing the flaw and its location.
Magnetic Particle Examination
An inspection method used to detect defects exposed to the surface or just below it. Magnetic flux or current is applied to the inspection surface; at a discontinuity the magnetic waves overflow by condensing on the material surface — leakage flux — made visible with background paint and iron powder.
Liquid Penetrant Examination
A surface-defect inspection method — only defects open to the surface can be found. The test surface must be smooth and clean, so pre-cleaning is critical. Its key advantage: it is not limited by material type, applying to steel, ceramics, glass, plastic and beyond.
Welding & Material Technologies
Product reliability plus assessment and certification services for materials, processes and personnel: analysis of welding and brazing methods (WPS, BPS), qualification testing and certification (WPQR, BPQR, WPQ, BPQ), supervision of mechanical and non-destructive tests with EN 10204-3.2 certification, and remaining-life assessment of materials under fatigue.
